Biography

I was born in Houston, Texas and lived in the suburbs before moving to the Dallas metroplex. I am an only child and enjoy playing with my toy Pomeranian, Sophie. I like to travel, and when not on the golf course, enjoy playing the piano, camping, attending high school events and just hanging out with my friends and family.

I am currently on the girl's varsity team at Centennial High School. GO TITANS!!! My short-term goals include playing collegiate golf while pursuing my Business Degree in Finance. My minor will be International Business with an emphasis in the field of Real Estate. After college I want to pursue my passion for golf by playing on the LPGA tour. Afterwards I look forward to launching my business career where I can utilize my education, experience and skills, and, of course, allow me time to play golf!!!

Highlights

Currently, I am on the Mayor's Youth Council for the City of Frisco, Texas. I am an alumni member of US Representative, Sam Johnson's, Youth Leadership Council for the 3rd Congressional District of Texas. Also, I have attended the annual Congressional Youth Leadership Conferences in Washington, Boston and Dallas since 2008.

I am a Teen Volunteer for the Children Ministry for the 3-4 year old class at my local church on Sunday mornings. They keep me hopping!!!! The 2nd Saturday of each month you'll find me volunteering at Fun Zone, a "parents night program" for special needs children. This summer I will join other teen camp counselors on a short term mission trip for special needs children. I also like to give back to the community by playing the piano at nursing homes, senior citizens centers and rehabilitation facilities around the metroplex.

I have also been involved in many charitable golf events raising money for worthy causes. My most memorable are those that benefit children, such as the "Kids Swing", the annual junior golf tournament for the Scottish Rite Hospital for Children in Dallas.

I was named the 2010 All American Tour Girls Champion for the Northern PGA Section, (Age Division 15 - 18). Currently I am a member of the Texas Junior Golf Tour and the Northern Texas PGA All American and Masters Tour.

Academics

Currently, I am a Junior at Centennial High School in Frisco My elective subjects include Accounting, Finance and Securities and Investment Strategies.

I am an Honor Roll Alumni of the Kumon Center for Higher Math and,am a member of the National Society of High School Scholars.
