Biography
Johnny comes from a competitive golf family. He has three brothers: Josh:22, Matthew: 18, Joseph: 12 and one sister: Sara 20. Josh was a highly nationally recruited 2008 grad and played his college golf @ LSU & North Texas. Sara, was a 2010 grad and currently plays for Stephen F Austin Univ. and a two time Collegiate Academic All-American. Matthew, a 2013 Bryon Nelson student is a 1st Team All-Distrit OLB and Team Captain of the 5-4A Co-District Football Champs. Joseph is 12 plays much junior golf.
Johnny's parents, Dave & Lisa Jones run the Texas Junior and Texas Collegiate Amateur Tours. Dave is a 1983 US Air Force Academy Graduate and Lisa a 1985 Univ. of Texas graduate in secondary education. Dave is also a current international 767/777 pilot with American Airlines.
