Biography

Kennedy is a second year varsity golfer. She is a very fierce competitor who was in the top 5 last year as a freshman, and was ranked # 2 in practice & tournament scoring. She loves to play the game. On March 27th,2010, Kennedy played in her first Texas Junior Golf Tour event at Eagle Pointe and won 1st place in the 12-15 yr. old division. She shot an 85 first round and an amazing 75 in 2nd round of the one day 36 hole tournament. Since then , Kennedy has played in 5 more TJGT events and has won 3 times. Kennedy and the CRHS girls won District 5A and Kennedy was 6th overall receiving All District honors her first year in High school. She continues to practice and play every day with a passion for the game.

Highlights

May 18th, 2010 The District Champion Beck Bulldog team included Kennedy Ishee (37), Jenna Johnson (49), Anna Larsen (46), Samantha Schoppy (44), and Claire Wasson (41).
River Ridge Oct 29-30, 2010 Freshman Kennedy Ishee won the 3rd place individual trophy with a score of 83-84.
Concan on the Frio Nov 12-13, 2010 Freshman Kennedy Ishee shot 85-93 to finish in 10th place. She also won a medal for closest to the pin by sticking it to 3 feet on hole # 14.
Eagle Poine nov 19-20, 2010 Freshman Kennedy Ishee shot in the 80's once again with a 88-91.
River Ridge Feb.18-19,2011 Freshman Kennedy Ishee shot an amazing 74, 83 to finish 4th overall out of 52 high school females.
River Pointe Feb 21, 2011 Kennedy Ishee shot 84, not bad for her first time ever playing River Pointe.
Kennedy won her first TJGT event at Eagle Pointe on March 27th in the 12-15 yr old division. She shot an 85 in first round and an amazing 75 in second round of this one day event. She was 3rd overall in the 12-18 dividion and her 75 was low round of tournament.:)Kennedy shot 79-85 at the 5A District match and was 6th overall.Kennedys next TJGT event was played at Glennloch Pines on April 30th where she took fourth place with an 84-80.

Kennedys 3rd TJGT event was held at Meadowbrook Farms in Katy on June 27-28th. She played her best 2 day tournament so far this year with a 78-75 to take 1st place in the 12-15 yr old divsion and also 1st place overall in the 12-18 yr old divsion. Kennedy earned her first AJGA exemption and will play in Austin at the Harvey Penick Junior Allstar on August 8th-11th.

Kennedy won 1st place in her 4th TJGT event August 1-2 at Redstone Country club in Humble, Tx with a 71 and 78. She tied for 1st in the overall divsion 12-18 yr olds and lost 1st playoff hole.

Kennedy played in the TJGT Houston National event and placed second with scores of 76 and 74.

Academics

Freshman year overall 3.75 GPA.
Kennedy won All- District team honors her freshman year at Cinco Ranch High School. She also made the all Academic Team with a GPA of 3.75.
